Evaluations is an online application for administering periodic employee reviews.  Each review is completed by the Manager, and then, through automatic workflow routines, routed to be approved by the Department Head, and then ultimately Human Resources.  Human Resources has the ability to add or edit questions, answers, and customize new evaluations.  Users can be assigned to job titles, so that if a person changes positions, their hierarchy for their position does not have to be changed.
