Onsite and Project Hours
Most issues we encounter can be resolved via the phone or remote support, however there will be times when having someone onsite to resolve the issue may be necessary. In those cases our onsite hourly fee is reduced to $85/hour for our Managed Care customers. Or to make budgeting easier we can build hours directly into your bill. You can add 4 hours of onsite time for $100/mo. and additional hours starting at $50/mo.
