Minimum Technology Standards

In effort to ensure your technology can work efficiently and securely we have implemented a minimum technology standard. If your technology does not meet these requirements, have no worries, we can work with you to develop plan to bring you up to date. 

• All Servers with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems must be running Windows 2016 Standard or later and have all the latest Microsoft Service Packs and Critical Updates installed.
• All Desktop PC’s Notebooks/Laptops with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems must be running Windows 10 or later and have all the latest Microsoft Service Packs and Critical Updates installed.
• All Server and Desktop Software must be Genuine, Licensed and Vendor-Supported.
• The environment must have a currently licensed, up-to-date, and Vendor-Supported antivirus Solution protecting all Servers, Desktops, Notebooks/Laptops.
• The environment must have a currently licensed, Vendor-Supported backup Solution.
• The environment must have a currently licensed, Vendor-Supported firewall between the Internal Network and the Internet.
